Refunds by law: In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business for goods purchased (but not at auction) if the goods are faulty, not fit for purpose or don't match description.
Returns Policy Should the purchased product reach any of the criteria set of the above; 1. Please contact Raised By Wolves on sales@raisedbywolves.com.au within 5 days of receving your product to be eligible for a refund 2. Should the product agreed to be refunded, Raised by wolves will pay for the product to be returned as well as refund the purchase price as agreed with you the customer
Freight Options 1. Raised By wolves reserves the right to select the most appproapriate freight option based on the customers location and product being delivered. Please contact sales@raisedbywolves.com.au should you wish to select your own freight type 2. All products with an RRP of $100 or above will be subject to no freight charge unless otherwise stated on the product description 3. Please select the address where you are most likely to be during the busines hours of 9am to 5pm businees days (Monday to Friday inclusive) 4. Any additional chargers related to parties not being at address at time of delivery will be subject to any additional chargers incurred by Raised By Wolves (Double Concave Pty Limited)
